Ceramic Stoneware Globe Hanging Bird Feeder - Frost Resistant

This is a Stoneware Ceramic round hanging Bird Feeder. Fired to over 1200C & durable enough to withstand harsh weather in the garden. We have made the original mould ourselves & cast the mould with liquid stoneware slip. After it has been fired we paint it with a combination of glazes & fire again to 1220C. This high temperature vitrifies & strengthens the clay & creates beautiful, unpredictable & unique glaze finishes, no one will be the same. Rust (Rust colour over black) Water Moss (Mostly Green with a bit of blue) Macadamia (Cream colour with brown, purple dribble) Lavender Mist (Lavender with deeper purple/blue dribble & brown spots) Dusk (Chestnut brown sparkle with peacock like dribble) They measure 10.5cm wide by 11.5cm tall & have a 5cm diameter opening. We have put a hole in the bottom to drain out any rain water that may find its way inside. For a rustic look we have used twine to hang these bird feeders, we suggest changing the twine once a year as it can degrade when subjected to the elements over a prolonged period of time.
