The Description This beautiful personalised emotive Grandparent gift is handmade & presented in a 23x23cm box frame with hand painted, handwritten wooden hearts. The tree itself is 17.5cm. It features the grandparent's title...nanny, granny, nana etc in scrabble ...and the names of the grandchildren. It can have up to 8 hearts included. So if only one or two grandchildren - you could include the children as well. I can also tailor for larger groups if needed. Background is usually neutral however I have other options if preferred. This is the ideal Gift for any Parents, Grandparents or Great Grandparents who love & celebrate their family...a gift to treasure on a special occasion such as an Anniversary, Birthday, Christmas or Mothers Day. .
