William Morris famously said, Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful. Hand sewn cushion cover made from a piece of Sanderson William Morris cotton piped in a modern dark yellow cotton. This fabric was originally part of a reclaimed curtain but there is no discernible fading, the colours are still very vibrant. The cover is lined in a matching linen & cotton mix fabric. All the seams have been double sewn & four stitched overlocked for strength. The cushion has a flap on the reverse for ease of opening. Mild handwash at 30 degrees.
