This is an absolutely stunning white, quill feather suspended in a floating glass frame. The feather is personalised with MUM on it. This is directly onto the feather (not the outer frame) making it such a unique & special piece. It is finished with a lovely 15mm white ribbon with the wording 'Feathers appear when angels are near in a lovely modern font. The simple & modern floating frame compliments the feather beautifully. The floating nature of the frame is such designed to match any dcor as the wall it is hung on will show through the glass. Frame Details The frame measures 5x7 inches & is a thin profile, approx 1cm. It is edged in a black metal casing that has gold distressed detailing. It closes shut with a slide lock, you can easily open this to add in your own items if you wish such as a photograph or lock of hair etc. I make these frames in a personalised version with your choice of message on the white feather as well as personalised feather baubles. Hand stamping is where each letter is stamped by hand, whilst I am extremely good at stamping (please see my store for lots of examples) this gives a very charming effect of not being exactly 'uniform in its spacing/lines which adds to the character of your product.
