Our Personalised plant pot holders make a lovely tribute in memory of a loved one, the plant is placed in the holder then is easily removed & replaced with another one perhaps on their birthday Memory day etc. Or you can plant directly into the pot whichever you prefer. Our wooden pots are 17 x 17 x 12.5cm at its widest points.
