Estimated shipping time within the UK is 2-5 business days via Evri Standard or Royal Mail Tracked 48. AFTER UNPACKING: The macrame is carefully rolled up for shipping. This is the best way to pack it & protect it. After unpacking, strings may be tangled & bend slightly. With this few steps you can easily make it look as in photos: 1. Hang the macrame on the wall. 2. Straighten out with your hands any cords that may be tangled. 3. Brush the fringes with a comb or a brush. For this I use a cat brush! It works perfectly with it. 4. Gently cut protruding strings with scissors (optional). If you would like to keep the strings straight, you can gently wet the ends of the strings with water, straighten them with your hands & let them dry. Strings will straighten themselves under their own weight & the weight of the water (be careful not to wet the wooden part). If you want perfectly straight strings, you can also use a hair straightener set to the lowest temperature. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Do not remove strings from a stick. Do not wash in washing machine. Remove dust with the lint roller. Comb tassel from time to time & trim protruding strings to make it look as new. NOTE: There may be slight variations in size due to the fact that it is a handmade product. There may be slight variations in colour in relation to the item in the images due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
