This is a whole raw fleece from a Hebridean rare breed sheep. It has been lovingly made into a felted back rug which is skin free & the sheep is still happily living on pasture to provide another fleece next year. The first photo with cat is an example rug, the actual rug in this listing is the one pictured in the photos without cat & has not been near pets. You will receive this exact rug which you can use as a pet bed, on a chair or bed, or as a footstool pad or wall hanging. This comes from a small flock which are well looked after & kept on pasture in England. The price reflects the many hours of work involved in creating this.
