Originally these vases were designed for the bridal department of Barneys NY in Japan. Today, you don't need to go to Japan for these sweet little budvases. Handmade & personal, they make lovely gifts whether there is a wedding involved or not! This organic round shape is inspired by seed pods, slightly flattened & smooth in the hand. I hand pinched the shapes in clay & then made a mold to slip cast them. The white stripes are each squeezed out by hand & add texture to the surface. 4 high x 2.75 x 2.5 Each vase comes wrapped in gift tissue & is sealed with an orange VIT sticker.
