One such solution was the mirror reflector shade. Ours is the most authentic & most robust reproduction we've seen. The 11.25 lamp shade is spun out of solid raw copper. The mirrored glass is hand-cut, one panel at a time, to the proper proportions of the originals. The retainer ring in the center is made of solid steel. Paired with a vintage style pendant lightaged brass lamp socket, twisted cloth cord, industrial wall plugthis thing is unstoppable. We leave the copper exterior unsealed, so it will continue to age naturally over time & develop the perfect patina. The glass, we cut & lay with subtle imperfections. Each fixture is true to its industrial roots & totally unique with its own nicks & blemishes & age-wear. These are meant to last a long, long time & look good while doing it.
