I have hand printed the cushion cover design using the design from one of my original silk paintings (see photo 2) & have used a gorgeous suedette fabric, which beautifully re creates the colours of the original silk painting. The design is inspired by the variety & intricate detail in every sea shell - the ocean is an amazing source of design ideas for me. PRODUCT DETAILS this design is printed from an original hand painted silk by Meikie it measures 28 x 48cm square (11.02 x 18.9 square) it is printed on a suedette fabric with a cotton backing fabric the cushion cover is zipped so the cushion pad can be removed the cover can be washed in the machine on a 30 degree cycle, or by hand the suedette side of the cover can be ironed on its reverse side & on a cool setting the cotton backing fabric can be ironed on a regular cotton setting ORDERING just click on your preferred choice from the Cushion Pad Choice drop down list (under the title) then click the button under the title to add this to your Etsy cart!
