Our locally sourced, clean & fully dry decorative log stock is cut into log tiles of varying thicknesses. The maximum depth of the assembled piece is 5cm. The whitewashed tiles are adhered to a 60cm diameter FSC-certified 9mm hardwood ply circular backing panel, painted white. A hanging bracket is attached. The natural wood will be visible around the edges of the circle, where the mosaic is cut to shape. Our Log Mosaics are all created by hand (generally to order) in our workshops here in the UK & weigh approximately 5kg. Each one is created individually & each will vary - thus each is unique.
