"Bench ""Griffin"

The presented piece of furniture is as fanciful as the mythical griffin. It is an original combination of a bench & a console. You can sit comfortably on it or put a vase, & hide keys & other everyday trinkets in the drawer. The griffin is a very functional piece of furniture for the hallway. But it will also look good in the bedroom or living room & confirm its usefulness. I made the furniture from solid brushed oak wood & varnished plywood (seat - RAL 9001 color). I protected the wood with several layers of completely natural tung oil. This finish highlights the natural beauty of the wood & emphasizes the ecological character of the furniture. Each piece is unique & has different grain. I make the furniture by hand, using traditional carpentry techniques with attention to all details (no automation or CNC). I guarantee very high quality of workmanship! This is true craftsmanship at a high level. I love wood, & working with it is my passion. Gryf is my original project, which was a finalist of the DIAMENT DESIGN 2015 competition. I do all work personally. That is why I have full control at every stage of preparing the order. I make the bench in two versions, with a drawer on the right or left side. After purchase, please let me know which version you choose. The drawer has a brass handle with rock crystal. Dimensions: width 89 cm / 35 inches, depth 38 cm / 15 inches, height 63 cm / 24.5 inches. The furniture includes a signature, number & certificate of authenticity.
