We adore this design & it is the only adapted design in our collection. The colors in the design are based on the original piece however the scale of design was increased. The design is worked entirely in satin stitch & is an excellent project for the beginner, & for needle crafters' seeking to practice or improve on this widely used stitch within Arts & Crafts textiles. Worked on Natural Linen, the use of a thick thread on a tight, even-weave fabric creates a stitch that appears padded & three-dimensional without going through any extra effort.
