About this map This is the greatest old map of London ever created. Put together by surveyor John Rocque & engraver John Pine in 1746, this map has an incredible level of detail. The cities of London & Westminster are already quite developed, but south of the river in Southwark & Lambeth it's still mostly fields! I have two versions of this map - the original aged sepia, & another in monochrome. Both are beautiful maps, but you can pick the one that best suits your aesthetic or room decor.
