Introducing the Parky Penguin flat-packed penguin doorstop/bookend. Flat packed for filling at home with dry sand or dried rice / beans They can be used as: book ends, with 2 the same or 2 different door stops Home decor on a shelf Parky has been handmade by myself here in France using my own pattern from dark grey cotton canvas teamed with white canvas for his belly. He has little black beads for eyes, a yellow faux leather beak & their little yellow feet have integrated wires so that they can be moulded & shaped as you please! Each penguin comes with his own little scarf (here they are blue striped but I hope to start using a hand knitted / crocheted scarf instead when I get the chance!) & the Parky Penguin tag Each door stop is partially filled with wadding for a better final shape & in the photos they are filled with rice but for ease & cost of posting & packaging they will arrive empty / flat packed & they have a zip on the base for easy home filling. I use a filling of about 1 kilo of rice, but you could use any dry grains or sand. All Park Penguins will come with filling & care instructions Looking face on, they measure Height to tip of beak: 29cm (11.5 inch), Width: 13cm (5.25 inch) & front to tail, including outstretched feet: 16cm (6.25 inch) Not suitable for younger children & the Parky Penguin is not designed as a toy.
