Lovingly handcrafted ceramic soap dish in an oval shape. This piece is made in my Berlin studio in a long & careful process - handcrafted from high-quality materials & fired at high temperatures. The motifs are stamped directly into the soft clay. After the first firing, the turtles are sealed with wax to protect them during glazing. The piece is then fired a second time at over 1200 oC (2190 oF) - ensuring the relief remains permanently visible & tangible. Thanks to this elaborate process, each piece is a truly unique handmade item. The robust stoneware makes the dish especially sturdy & durable. With drainage holes, suitable for a 100 g (3.5 oz) bar of soap - a beautiful detail for your bathroom. Dishwasher safe! Decorative items are not included.
