To make this unique pine cones clock I decoupaged some thick beige mulberry paper to an old vinyl record & then used strong glue to secure 12 pine cones to it that I had collected on one of my walks in a local forest in the Lake District. The mulberry paper is embedded with dried petals & leaves. I have sprayed the clock face with a UV filter varnish. It would be ideal in a country kitchen or log cabin, but anywhere else where you want to add a touch of countryside & rustic decor. After all, pine cones are not just for Christmas! The quartz clock measures 30cm (12'') in diameter & it works on one AA battery. The clock work has an integrated hook so that it's ready to hang the moment you receive it.
