Short Wave Radio Map Reproduction of a very bright & beutiful world map originally published by Stewart-Warner . Stewart-Warner Corporation has been a major manufacturer of instruments, appliances, scoreboards, & the like. The author was Illinois born artist Charles Turzak . His father was a coal miner who worked long days, so many rural chores occupied Turzak's boyhood years. He went on to become a well known woodworker, woodcut artist, & watercolorist who exhibited at the Art Institute of Chicago & worked for the Works Progress Administration, completing a mural for the Chicago Post Office. From 1942, he was art director of Today's Health Magazine. Available as: 24 x 18 inches 32 x 24 inches Available on 180gsm matt poster paper or 200gsm silk poster paper.
