Crafted from a white shade that has been hand decorated with buttons, bunting & rope. Finished with a hanging wicker basket that is decorated with 3 burlap sand bags & white buttons. The balloon is 12 inches round & hangs approx 20 inches long to bottom of basket. All the bows, ribbons, bunting & sand bags have been handmade tooso you know that attention to detail, love & care has been put into each & every balloon. Your Hot Air Balloon can be used as a light shade over any ordinary pendant light fitting with a low wattage bulb. The wattage of the bulb should not exceed 40 watts.
