It's thinking as an indoor planter & it doesn't have a drainage hole so that the water doesn't spoil the surface where it is placed; the ideal is to put a small layer of stones or gravel in the bottom, to prevent the water from accumulating inside & your plants don't suffer because of its excess. Due to its size, it is ideal for small plants such as cactus or succulents plants, or for Tillandsias or air plants, but you can also use it as a bowl for storing candy or small treasures or for any other use, it is great anywhere. This piece is made of white clay or earthenware, decorated with pigments & with a transparent glaze finish, suitable for food use.
