This fragrance needs no introduction... but here goes anyway! Cinnamon, brown sugar, buttery biscuits... this fragrance encompasses everything you love about those famous biscuits. This candle comes with a gold 'twist-off' lid. These candles weigh approximately 200g, & will give you around 40 to 50 hours of burn time with responsible burning. The burn time provided is based on my testing (yep, I burn a candle & record the hours & are optimised when these candles are burned for periods of no longer than 4 hours at a time, & the wick is trimmed to approximately 4mm between burns. Made in very small batches to ensure the quality is as good as it can be. Please bare in mind that every element of this candle is handmade, & as such will differ slightly from those in the images. PLEASE READ DELIVERY INFO - All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail tracked services. Either 48hr, or 24hr dependent on the service you select. You can order as many items as you like from the shop & the delivery charge will remain the same. Due to recent difficulties with a buyer - please ensure you read the next paragraph. Once your parcel has been marked as dispatched, it is in the hands of Royal Mail & completely out of my control. in the very rare cases of delayed or missing parcels, I cannot, & will not, be able to refund your or send out a replacement until 7 working days past the estimated delivery date. This is because Royal Mail will not allow me to make a claim via their insurance until this time has elapsed. Even if you open a case, this won't change. By ordering from me, (in addition to being a small business superhero) you are signifying that you have read & understood the above information. I just want to make is clear that Royal Mail have been brilliant with the 200 or so parcels I have sent to them with Etsy, so these occurrences are extremely rare. IMPORTANT - Refunds/Replacements. Unfortunately, breakages do happen! Despite my best efforts at packing your order very carefully, there may be a very rare breakage. Don't worry though, we'll get it sorted whether its a replacement or a refund. The only rule that applies is that you MUST inform me of breakages within 48 hours of your parcel being delivered. I'll also need a couple of pictures with the original packaging just so I can make a claim via Royal Mail. Thank you for your understanding. Returns in line with our returns policy, you have 14 days to notify us if you'd like to return an item. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition with any labelling attached, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We highly recommend you use a tracked service for any return, otherwise items lost in transit on their return journey will not be refunded.
