We will get back to you asap. 1. Please take a clear up close but in focus image of the handwriting. Even if the handwriting is old, do send it to us as we can wave some magic for you. 2. Ideally the handwriting should be on a white blank piece of unlined paper. 3. The photo you take of it can be uploaded to us on the listing using the image upload button. 4. Our production time is usually 1-2 days & we track all our orders. TO ASEMBLE YOUR FRAME: The frame comes with a steel screw pin stand & nut that detaches. Place the frame on a soft surface perhaps on a clean towel. Take the screw pin out of the packaging. Unscrew the nut from the screw pin & gently insert the screw pin into the front of the frame towards the back. All the time keeping the frame on a soft surface. Take the nut you removed earlier & gently screw this into place around the screw pin from the back of the frame until it is secure. You should now have the nut at the back of the frame securing the screw pin. If you do not screw the nut into the screw pin from the back then the frame will topple & the glass may break.
