The trays are all buffed to a beautiful, smooth shine using a natural wood polish. The combination of the wax & polish brings out the natural beauty of the wood. No two trays are the same. I love & embrace the rustic style of the wood, as the grain differs with irregular knots & minor imperfections, it simply adds to the charm of this beautiful, handmade piece. Made of quality, reclaimed wooden pallets, which I responsibly source & carefully dismantle myself. Personally removing every single nail - using only hand tools to avoid damage to the wood & therefore retaining all the character. It takes a lot longer, but I think it is totally worth it!
