Art Deco Sun Mirror

Art Deco hanging pewter wall mirror. My own take on an Art Deco sun design in repousse or raised pewter metalwork.The mirror pictured measures approximately 20 inches in height & 7 inches at the base & 2 inches at the top, although I can alter the size to fit your requirementsshould you require a rectangular mirror then you shall have one! My work is not hammered cast or pressed, each mirror is entirely hand made from scratch & as such will differ slightly from the one shown. The age old technique I use is called repouss metal work. I cut the mirror glass & fit the metal parts to it. Once the metal has been tooled It is cleaned & coloured with a patinating fluid then hand polished to a lustrous shine. Modern pewter is lead free & will stay bright without the need to polish for a long time.
