DAMAGES. All our frames are packed well in bubble wrap & triple wall boxes but sadly on very rare occasions they get damaged in transit. If your frame arrives damaged please report this to us via Etsy within 48 hours of receipt. To enable us to claim off our courier we will need photographic evidence of the damage. This includes photos of the damage, photos of the box, & a photo of the shipping label on the box. Once we receive photos
