If only a name is provided then Forever in our Hearts will come as standard. We can post items out in time for certain dates but cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver it in time. As per Royal Mail guidelines items will not be classed as lost until 13 workings days after expected delivery date. Please ensure you have the correct address entered when placing the order, we will not refund/replace items sent to an address incorrectly entered.
