Handmade Ceramic Table Lamp, Grey With Ginko Decoration, Fabric Lampshade

It is a table lamp made entirely by hand in ceramic, anthracite grey in colour, with ginko leaves & a white fabric lampshade. Suitable for a bedside table, small coffee table or reading corner. The base measures: h 15 cm max diam. 12 cm. Measures including lampshade: total h 30 cm lampshade width 20 cm Bulb socket: E 14 & switch & EU plug. I make the base entirely by hand on the lathe & then decorate it with the sgrafito technique which consists of applying, still on the almost dry piece, a color that I then scratch away, drawing with special tools. The sgraffito technique is as old as the man who engraved his emotions & stories on the rocks that have come down to us. Sinuous lines & geometric shapes alternate to evoke those sensations in a contemporary way. This beautiful lamp is not only functional but also very decorative, practically a unique piece that only you will have because I use molds for forging, nor stencils for decoration, but I prefer to draw freehand to give uniqueness to each of my creations. in this regard, small defects or imperfections are to be considered a testimony to manual work.
