Opening hours & turnaround time All proof files will be sent via Etsy within 48 hours of purchasing & the information being left for us to customise them for you. To make sure your proofs are sent on time, please make sure that you send all of the information for your printable design in the notes section when placing your order. Please allow 24 hours for each round of amendments you request.
