We work from the photos you supply & produce a black & white sketch of your pets, with the option to add glasses, their names and/or a sentence to describe them. We can work with dogs, cats, horses & any other pet so please feel free to send any animal our way. This can be printed in-house at size A4 (210 x 297mm) or supplied as a digital download, allowing you to print at home or online at any size. (Please state the size you wish to print at & we can adjust the file for you). You will be sent a proof before anything is shipped & we can work with any revisions you have to ensure we have captured your pet perfectly. TURNAROUND TIME: We are creating this from hand so please allow us the time needed to produce your pet to the best we can. This can be anything between 2-4 days, & in busier periods can be up to 6 days. HOW TO ORDER: 1) Select whether you want a Printed or Digital copy. 2) Select the template you wish to order (glasses or no glasses) 2) in the personalisation section enter the name (and any other text) of your pet that you wish to appear at the top. 3) Purchase the listing. 4) Using Etsy chat send us a high resolution photo (as many photos as you like) of your pet that you wish for us to work from. WHAT MAKES A GOOD PHOTO: 1.) The photo should be well lit with natural lighting (if possible). 2.) Close up, head on & showing neck. This will allow us to get the detail of your pet's face. 3.) Avoid blurry, long-distanced or filtered photos. These photos may result in a misrepresentation of your pet's features. Printed on 200gsm Smooth White Card. Prints are carefully packed & shipped in a sturdy cardboard flat mailer for protection with our signature sticker on the envelopes. Please note: The frame is NOT included. All USA customer tariff fees & import duties are fully covered & included in the purchase price at checkout.
