PHOTO UPLOAD INFORMATION You do NOT need to upload photos when placing your order. Once your order has been placed, we will send you a secure upload link on the next working day. This link will be sent both by email & via Etsy messages, giving you plenty of time to upload your photos before dispatch. PHOTO GUIDELINES There is no strict limit on the number of photos you can use, however we recommend around 60 images for the best overall result. All photos are placed at random & repeated throughout the design to create the collage effect. We are unable to place specific photos in specific positions. Images may overlap where necessary to complete the design with some not being seen in their entirety regardless of how many are used. Photos are used exactly as supplied. We do not edit colour, brightness, or convert images to black & white. If you would like a black-and-white finish, please supply only black-and-white photos. For best results, please upload images in the highest resolution possible, as low-resolution photos may affect print quality. Please also ensure that if you are using photos which are screenshots, that these are cropped removing the borders around them before uploading PERSONALISATION Text can be added above or below the collage. Please include your exact wording in the personalisation section & clearly state whether you would like the text placed above or below the image.
