BabyDan Narrow Dan Extending Safety Gate

A safety gate that fits awkward narrow spaces. The BabyDan NarrowDan extends from 56.5 to 81.5cm, so it'll slot into doorways and hallways where standard gates won't go. The wall-fix design means no trip bar across the floor (useful at the top of stairs where a bar could be a hazard). One-handed opening lets you unlock and swing it wide even with a child on your hip. The quick release system clips it off the wall when you need the space back, then clicks straight on again later. The double locking mechanism keeps it securely shut until you're ready to open it. The gate swings both ways, but the included stop pin ensures it only opens away from the stairs when fitted at the top, so there's no risk of it swinging over the edge. Screw-fit mounting keeps it firmly attached to the wall, and the wide walk-through section gives you plenty of room to pass. At 68cm tall, it's the right height to contain curious toddlers up to 24 months. Metal construction handles daily use, and minimal assembly means it's up and working quickly.
