British Made, high quality floor standing Rocket Lamp manufactured in our own workshops in Holbeach, Lincolnshire in the UK. Re designed from a 1960s original & greatly improved with a thicker spun fibreglass tube with enhanced light diffusion & upgraded stainless steel brackets with bakerlite lamp holders. The spun fibreglass shades are spun from single recycled glass fibre strands on a machine developed in house by our founder David Breese. Our tubular shades do not have an ugly join as on most midcentury lamp shades. The spun fibreglass tubes are supported by 3 brass connected, solid teakwood legs transforming this floor lamp into a wonderful atomic rocket style so much loved by collectors of the mid century home style.. The lamp is fitted with 2 x 240 Volt powered E26/27 LED bulbs (150 Volt bulbs required for the USA) which do not get hot & last for up to 30000 hours. Your lamp will be delivered with the correct CE Approved wiring & wall plug for the country that you order from unless otherwise requested. Our lamps are currently offered in 8 midcentury colours - Avocado Green, Aqua Turquoise, Lipstick Red, Stone Beige, Mellow Yellow, Primal Pink, Pumpkin Orange, Jeans Blue & Mint Green. The lamps measure 110cms ( 40 inches ) high x 30cms ( 12 inches ) deep x 30cms (12 inches ) wide. The spun fibreglass tubes measure 15cms ( 6 inches ) in diameter & are 85cms ( 33 1/2 inches ) tall.
