Includes four panels, a mix of solid, half clear and full clear panels, so you can benefit from natural light throughout the year. Position in any order in any of the apertures of the Breeze House. Produced from an acrylic canvas material that has been manufactured in Spain from a colour-stable cloth offering high UV resistance and waterproofing. The clear PVC sections allow up to 92% light transmission, offering great protection and providing an unrivalled view of the garden through fabric. Cushions Quality collection of high-performance fabric cushions provides comfort and luxury, while being able to withstand the outdoor elements. They match the colour of the canvas panels and are made from marine-quality material so that there's no risk of microbial or fungal growth, staining or water damage to your cushions. With a colourfast guarantee of five years, the cushions are anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, waterproof and hand washable at 30°C. Hi-lite Internal Roof Finish An internal white finish lining board to enhance the appearance of the internal roof. Wipe clean and resistant to bacterial mould. Base Preparation A level and solid base needs to be in situ, ready to accommodate your Breeze House. The preparation of the base is not included in the cost of the Breeze House. Please check the Base Specification Sheet for the size and thickness of the base required. Delivery and Installation Delivery and installation of the Breeze House (to mainland UK only) is included. If located outside of mainland UK, additional charges may apply. Location Clearance — Please allow as much room as possible around the building for the installers to work during installation. A minimum of 18 inches/46cm is required around the perimeter of the Breeze House. Always make allowance for the roof overhang when you are planning to locate your building within a confined space. Site Access — Clear access is required to carry the Breeze House components from the delivery vehicle to your prepared base. Please advise if there might be any access restrictions including height restrictions, tight/sharp corners and narrow passageways that will need to be negotiated. This includes archways and garden gates. Buildings being fitted onto raised platforms need to have adequate safety fencing to protect the installers.
