If white is chosen for any arch, the engraving will also appear in white. If no colour choices are provided in the personalisation box, I'll attempt to contact you. If I don't receive a response after two attempts, the item will be painted as shown in the first photo. Please ensure all spellings & details are correct when ordering. PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING Maximum characters for the first + middle name combined is 23 characters (letters only, spaces included). Example: Amelia Amanda Greson = 20 characters. If the total character count is too long or the letters are wide (e.g., m, w take up more space than i), the supplier may remove the middle name to ensure the engraving fits. Refunds cannot be given if: You submit a name longer than 23 characters, & the middle name gets omitted, or The name appears in a smaller font due to the character count.
