The surface is finished with fine-grit sandpaper, making it very smooth & pleasant to the touch. Please note! The vase is not waterproof, so please do not fill it with water. We apply several layers of natural oils to protect the surface, followed by our blend of mineral oil & filtered beeswax. - Note - This is a made-to-order item. Due to the natural variations in wood grain, your vase may differ from the one shown in the photos, but we always strive to select the most suitable piece of hardwood for each project. :) - Shipping - Your order will be ready to ship within 4-5 business days.
