The twisted handmade glass is gold sommerso in massive transparent clear, while the metal frame is handcrafted from unlaquered natural brass with its own patina. The technique used to achieve this rich twisted rope effect is called rigamen & requires a high level of skill on the part of the craftsmen. This photo frame is made of solid mineral-colored Murano glass, covered with venetian crystal in the timeless style inspired by great companies such as Venini or Seguso & Barovier, Murano. It can be paired with vintage, classic, art deco, mid-century or contemporary interiors & would be perfect for decorating bookcases, consoles, shelves or simply to preserve the image of a precious memory.
