Hand Quilted Checkerboard Wall Hanging Linen & Cotton Tapestry With Wood Hanger

Inspired by 1950's kitchen aesthetic, this fun & playful wall quilt would make a statement in any room! This piece is completely hand crafted. All fabrics are hand cut, machine stitched back together & then hand quilted & hand bound solely by me. Made from high quality fabrics. There is a mixture of 100% cotton fabrics & 55% linen / 45% cotton fabrics. White fabric is an unbleached cotton & has faint speckling throughout. Batting is cotton & it is backed with plain white cotton. Comes with a custom fit wooden hanger. The hanger is made from re-claimed fir, it has been sanded smooth & has not been stained. Approximate Size: 62 cm x 47.5 cm x 3.5cm (24.5 x 19 x 1.25) measurements include hanger. Due to the handmade nature there may be some 'quirks'. Not to be mistaken for a lack of skill but evidence of a human touch & all part of the handmade charm. You will receive exact piece pictured This item can be made in other colors, please message for a custom palette! Item Care: Spot clean as needed. Hanger can be removed from the quilt by loosening screws. A robertson head screwdriver is required. Hand wash quilt with a mild detergent & lay flat to dry. Can be ironed on 'cotton' setting.
