How nice that you are interested in our beautiful handwritten pictures & cards. We lovingly handcraft our pictures & cards after we receive your order. They are handwritten & can be personalized & modified according to your individual wishes. Please write your exact wishes (names size colors age of children type & size of animals dates) directly in the order & also write your telephone number so that we can contact you if we have any questions about your order. If you choose gift wrapping, we will wrap the picture in foil, add a taupe satin bow & a gift tag that we will be happy to write one or two names on for you. Please include your wishes in your order here too. We collect some of our materials from our beautiful Baltic Sea beaches. We would like to point out that we use natural materials & watercolors & that the colors will therefore always differ from our sample images. Our images are all unique. Unfortunately, we are unable to return or send designs of our individually made stone pictures & cards. We thank you for your understanding. The delivery time is up to 10 days. We usually send the pictures within 5-7 days - however, we do not want to confirm this delivery time in advance. We are happy to send a picture in advance, & a desired date for shipping can be included in the order. Please only decide to place an order if we have at least 3 working days for production, as your stone picture or card also needs time to dry. All of our pictures are lovingly packaged & can therefore be sent directly to the recipient. We send all pictures insured with DHL. The postage costs include the costs for packaging.
