A personalised wooden photo frame - making a great gift for mums, sisters, daughters, (whoever you'd like) for Birthday, Christmas or Mother's Day. Personalise this with a name, or you may even include a short phrase. This is a single piece of wood, where you need to cut the photo to fit behind the wood & secure with glue or tape, like we have done in the photos. It is approximately 14cm in diameter, with a photo space of approximately 9.5cm in diameter. Made from FSC certified sustainable wood & jute rope to hang on display - or you can prop it up as shown on the photos. This puts your item ahead of all other orders & is sent as either Tracked 24 or untracked, depending on which you choose. We aim to get this to you in 3 working days but cannot be held responsible if there are delays with Royal Mail. Tracked 24 delivers on Saturdays. Tracking is only provided when you select the tracked services. The est. delivery time is based on our processing time & postage time (Royal Mail 1st Class). Please keep in mind it still takes us time to make your order, postage time is additional to the processing time. All international orders are sent as tracked. RETURNS: If the item is personalised, we do not accept returns. If it is non-personalised, you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving, in it's unopened, original packaging. We do not cover the return postage fees. DELAYS: A full refund or replacement will be granted only if an item is more than 10 working days late (UK) or 20 working days late (International) as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, which are outside of our control.
