A striped patchwork wall hanging infused with the spirit of summer. European linen, backed with cotton calico. Measures approximately 45 x 93cm. Made to order: Please allow 2-3 weeks for production. Linen fibre is made from the flax plant - a productive crop that thrives in the European climate. It requires far less water to grow & process than cotton, & grows with minimal need for pesticides or chemicals. There is very little wastage in production, as all parts of the plant can be used to make products such as linseed oil, paper & soap. Linen is hard-wearing, long-lasting & naturally biodegradable.
