Failure to secure the cover during drying may cause it to fall within minutes, particularly on uneven, dusty or freshly painted surfaces. Any damage caused by improper securing during the curing process is not considered a manufacturing defect & is not covered by warranty. ???? Adhesive Notice The adhesive supplied with the vent cover is provided as a general recommendation only. Depending on the surface type (painted plaster, fresh plaster, tiles, brickwork, uneven or dusty substrates), it may be necessary to use a different adhesive specifically suited to that surface. Painting & Finishing Advice The vent cover can be painted immediately after unpacking using standard emulsion paints. For best results: Apply three thin coats The first coat may be slightly diluted with water Allow sufficient drying time between layers The mesh can remain installed when using a roller or sponge. For full brush or spray painting, the mesh can be removed & reattached after finishing. ????
