TERMS & CONDITIONS: Place your order & briefly summarise the details you want in the Personalisation box (eg. two adults, extra items: one cat, one tennis racket, one bottle of gin). Listed prices are for 2 people & 2-4 small items (eg holding babies/pets, food, hobbies etc). By ordering, you accept that I own the rights to the design, & that I may use it for my own portfolio/marketing unless you request otherwise. Once you've placed your order, contact me via either Etsy Messages, Instagram (@mintandpickle) or email ([email protected]) to send me your photos/discuss your ideas - without photos & discussion your order won't be possible so this is essential. If I don't hear from you within 3 working days, I will assume you've changed your mind & I'll cancel & refund your order. Prices include postage & packing. If you select Digital Download you will not receive a physical copy of your print in the post, you will ONLY receive a link to download your portrait (PDF unless otherwise requested) when it is ready. I will send the link via Etsy message, unless you provide an email address which I can send it to (preferable option to ensure you don't miss it! But not essential). By placing an order & choosing Digital Download you accept that you: - will not receive a physical product - will have the digital file & the right to print it privately - do not have the right to use the design for resale/commercial use without my written consent. Portraits will be full-body unless requested/discussed otherwise. Hair & clothes can be fully customised, & will always be in my style (ie modern, quirky, illustrated, cartoon, colourful - not photorealistic). Available as an outline drawing or full colour (see listing photos for example).
