Decals are made with top of the line name brand Oracal 631 or 651. Decals are removable, but they are not reusable. Think of it like a band-aid; once you take it off it is not sticky enough to reuse. DISCLAIMER Your decal should be applied to a clean, dry surface. Vinyl decals will not stick well to wall surfaces painted with Teflon, stain guard or low VOC paints.
