The base is composed of 1x4 pine boards, stained in a stain of your choosing (see photos), & sealed with polycrylic sealer to preserve finish. The map design & the wood base are both hand distressed with a secret cocktail of of elbow grease & excessive use of power tools. No two maps will be the same.
