To receive your personalized group portrait in paper & digital format, it's simple: 1. Order your group portrait from my Etsy shop based on the number of characters to be drawn. 2. Send me a message (by clicking on the [Ask a question] button) to specify any necessary information (such as the color of the characters in bust or for the background, the text to add, a date, a frieze, a crown, etc.). 3. I will reply to you via Etsy Conversation (usually within 1-2 business days) to confirm the price & specify the estimated completion date. I will send you a link to a Dropbox folder where you can upload clear, close-up photos, preferably of the front, of the people & possibly pets to be drawn. 4. Approximately one week before the shipping date, you will receive a low-resolution scan of the sketch via Etsy Conversation. You will then have the opportunity to provide feedback & request changes (maximum two revisions). 5. When your order is ready to ship, I will send you a low-resolution scan of the finished portrait for final validation & ask you to confirm your postal address. 6. Upon receipt of your validation, I will send you the paper portrait by post (letter) & upload the HD scans to the shared Dropbox folder. If you are happy with your portrait, feel free to share photos of it on social media with your friends & family, remembering to include the link to my Etsy shop or give credit!
