They are mostly large silk & cotton embroideries that are used to to decorate interiors of the houses . Suzanis were also an important part of a girl's dowry. Each region in Uzbekistan had their own design pool & style. Tashkent ones are far different from the Bukhara ones or Shahr-i Sabz ones.
