HOW TO ORDER 1) Select your desired size capital letter & number of letters in name & add to basket. For larger names 6mm thickness is recommended as less fragile & sturdier. 2) in personalisation box write name wanted with clear correct spelling. Font proof is available on request, if not requested when placing orders then will go straight to production stage. 3) Select wood colour from photo attached & make a note in personalisation box. Please message me with any questions. 4) Please make a note of rose colour you would like, you can refer to photos as example or alternatively send me a room pic or photo of event colours & I can advise. DIMENSIONS We offer names available in 20cm, 30cm, 40cm capital letters. Lower case size varies from 5-20cm depending on letter & width will vary depending on name length. If approximate sizing is needed please don't hesitate to contact me. HANGING Command picture hanging strips are recommended, these cause no damage to design or your wall. They can be purchased at all major retailers. These are not included as there are many different wall types worldwide & not one type fits all. Do not use nails or double sided tape, this will cause damage to name & not hold on wall. We are not responsible for incorrect hanging. SHIPPING Each item is packaged carefully in high grade bubble wrap, then inside a 4ply cardboard box with our eco protective beads to ensure smooth transit. All our packaging materials are recyclable & packing beads can be dissolved in water.. All items come with tracking information. Processing time is 7 business days & you can select your desired shipping method at the checkout. If purchasing from the USA all p&p costs are inclusive of tariff charges. There will be no additional customs charges after sale. This came into effect September 2nd. Any orders prior to this date will be contacted via courier to pay these charges.
