So our pillow covers are designed to house the zipper tag to ensure all metal parts of the zip are hidden to keep children, pets & furniture protected. Zips are double stiched. The very nature of batik is a hand-stamped & handmade quality, these prints are created traditionally by hand, no machines or computers or power is used to create these patterns, so, there may be a little natural batik wax residue on the fabric, this will wash out easily, & some spots of dye or slight gaps in the printing, all totally authentic hand-printed batik characteristics. CARE. Care of pillow covers is simple. Machine wash cold on gentle cycle or hand wash with a mild detergent, air dry. Do not hang to dry in prolonged direct sunlight as this can bleach traditional
