Play haus! This is a handmade vintage needle point square lampshade. It measures 5.5 square around the base, 3 square around the top, & stands ~6 tall. It is a square style shade that has a regular lightbulb clip so it attaches directly to a rounded lightbulb. THIS LISTING IS FOR ONE SHADE ONLY. I originally made two coordinating lampshades when I found a pair of matching vintage needlepoints down in St. Augustine Florida earlier this year. The coordinating shade is pictured, but being sold in a separate listing. The shade available here is the one pictured on the right. All of the subsequent pictures are of the shade available in this listing. The vintage needlepoint has a blue background & features a lovely wreath with a flower motif. I paired this needlepoint with a modern fabric designer named Melody Miller, but the fabric collection I used has a vintage feel. It has stylized, larger flowers that bring out the colors in the needlepoint wreath. It is trimmed with the same fabric line but a different print that has wavy geometric lines. What a fun shade this was to make! I put my heart into each shade that I design. Needle point shades are beautiful & unique as you don't normally find a needlepoint on a lampshade. It would make for a very special gift - a one-of-a-kind gift that you won't find in any big box store.
