This is an easy to fit 'open backed' kit consisting of vertical & horizontal sections to create a half wall batten & rail style panelling as shown in examples in the pictures. The design of the panelling is a Nordic style with vertical battens. The gaps between the vertical battens are custom depending on the overall wall width but the pictures show around 45cm. Adjustments are possible for any other sizes, contact us if you need bespoke sized panels. There are options to get instant price quotes for common widths from 1.75m to 5.5m but we can of course do wider kits than this & bespoke sizes so please contact us to request a quote. We can provide quotes for single or multiple walls & rooms. The vertical & horizontal battens are 10cm wide, giving a chunky feel as in the pictures. The height of the panelling is 110cm as standard (which is about halway up a normal wall) but there is some variation in this possible. This kit features 10cm high footer sections, 90cm tall vertical battens & a 10cm high top rail, the kit is topped with a 9mm thick shelf. COMES WITH A FREE 9mm THICK 5cm WIDE TOP SHELF (as shown in the pictures). The kit is supplied with in sections & the design can be adjusted to increase the width & height of the kit easily to fit your wall & requirements. This panelling is 'open backed' & is designed to be fixed to a smooth plastered wall using a grab adhesive, PVA or similar adhesive. The wall is still visible through the panelling. The wall & panel sections are then painted all the same colour to give the impression the panel recesses are 'carved out' of the wall. Joins between panel sections are very small & can be easily filled & sanded for a seamless look, as shown in the pictures. This panelling can be installed above existing skirting to smooth walls.
